We have added the following features:

- Can add vendor and customer for Money In Txs at the client level. Global Level is coming out soon.

- To make things easier we have one single field called "Payee" this is either the customer or vendor.

- We have standardized everything now under the one single global txs  page found under the Rules Engine page. We are removing all the global rules stuff from the standard txs page to avoid confusion. (some LS users don't use the rules engine).
