How to export transactions to QBO file format.
Ledgersync has the ability to export data to QBO format that is importable to QB Desktop and Online.
Follow the steps below to export transactions to QBO
1- Click on a client
2- Select the bank
3- Go the Transactions Tab
4- You can filter the transactions that you want for example Dec 1- Dec 31
5- There are checkboxes towards the left of each transaction click on the transactions you want or “Select All”
6- There is a button “Download” click on it and select QBO
This will export the transactions to QBO format.
When it comes to exporting transactions from PDF Statements to QBO
Do the following:
1- Select Tools
2- PDF Converter
3- Drag and Drop the bank statements
4- Select Convert to QBO
