1- Click on the client you want to view check and deposit images
2- click on "Add Bank Connection". It's the blue button towards the top.
3- A pop up will appear with 4 boxes. Click on the second box "Premium Bank Connections"
4- Search for the bank you want to add Check Images. For example, search for "Bank of America"
5- A wizard will pop up asking for Login and password info. Follow the steps and make sure to enter the correct user/password info.
6- The Bank will most likely ask for a bank token code or security question. Simply answer this info and click on "Send".
This may take a few minutes. The checks should appear in the "Checks Tab" Like the image below. Each check is listed out clearly and allows you to export to PDF.
The software will begin the fetching process. If there are errors, our team is notified and we'll fix this and process the remaining checks.
