How to invite one or more client to specific banks

How to invite one or more client to specific banks

How to manage bank changes without communicating manually one client at a time? Can Ledgersync request clients to update their info in bulk?

Lets take the following scenario:

Scenario 1
You need to invite many clients to update a specific bank because the bank made a policy change. For example, Chase Bank made a policy change and is now requiring everyone to update their bank connections. With Ledgersync Communication Center  you can mass request all clients to update their Chase connections. Each client receives a customized text message with a link that directly takes them to Chase to add in their credentials.

Scenario 2
Your client has been added to Ledgersync and they signed up for a new credit card. You can send that client a specific targeted text message in which you "pre-define" the bank connection you want them to add.

How this works?
Step 1- Go to the Client Communication Center

Step 2- Create a general text template
                - Click on "Add New Template"

Step 3- Select "Invitation" and write the text message. Please note use the place holders.
When the text message is sent  the software will plug in the client's name , bank name and link to the bank URL.

Step 4- Select the button  on the left side that is titled  "Reconnect and New Banks" .
      a) Begin selecting "ALL" the clients that you want to send a text message to
      b) Select the "BANK"  you wish for all your clients to update or add.

Step 5-  Select the template you created to send as a text message.
Once you selected, click on "NEXT"  review and send text message.  Done!!
