In the Mobile Setup section of your settings you choose the picture, the greeting and the logo for the LedgerSync mobile app. Only the account owner can see this section.
Open Mobile Setup
- Sign in to LedgerSync as the account owner.
- Click your name at the top right, then click Settings.
- On the Account Settings page, click Mobile Setup to open it.
If you sign in with any other login, Mobile Setup is not shown.
What Mobile Setup shows
Mobile Setup shows your picture, your greeting and your logo inside a phone frame.
Until you add your own:
- Picture: initials taken from the account owner's name are shown.
- Greeting: the greeting box shows the account owner's name followed by "welcomes you to your account at LedgerSync!"
- Logo: the LedgerSync icon is shown.
Add or change the picture
- Click the picture. Its tooltip says "Click to upload a new picture".
- The Edit Avatar window opens. Drag a file into it or click Browse for file. Use a jpg, jpeg or png file.
- Crop the image. To use a different file, click Pick Another Picture.
- Click Save.
The picture is cropped to a square.
Add or change the logo
- Click the logo. Its tooltip says "Click to adjust logo (image will be resized as necessary to fit the available space)".
- The same Edit Avatar window opens. It has this title for the logo too. Drag a file into it or click Browse for file. Use a jpg, jpeg or png file.
- Crop the image. To use a different file, click Pick Another Picture.
- Click Save.
The logo is cropped to a 4 by 3 rectangle.
Remove the picture or logo
Click the X on the picture (tooltip "Delete Avatar") or on the logo (tooltip "Delete Logo"). LedgerSync asks you to confirm first, with "Do you want to delete avatar?" or "Do you want to delete logo?" If the removal fails, an error message appears.
Write the greeting
Type your message in the greeting box. It can be up to 150 characters long. There is no save button: the greeting saves itself about 2 seconds after you stop typing. When it has saved, you see "Greetings were successfully updated!"
