How to Update Your Billing / Credit Card Details
Overview
You can update the credit card and billing details tied to your LedgerSync subscription yourself — no need to email support with card numbers (please never send card numbers by email).
How to Update Your Credit Card
- Log into LedgerSync as the account owner or admin
- Go to the Billing page
- Select the option to update payment method / billing details — this opens your secure subscription billing portal
- Enter the new card details and save
- The new card takes effect on your next invoice
Card details are entered directly into the secure billing portal (powered by Zoho’s PCI-compliant subscription system). LedgerSync staff never see or store your full card number.Other Billing Questions
- View invoices: available on the same Billing page
- Failed payment: update the card as above; the system automatically retries
