How to Update Your Firm Name or Primary Owner in LedgerSync

Overview

If you need to change your firm name or update the primary account owner in LedgerSync, this is handled by our support team as a backend operation.

How to Request a Change

  1. Send an email to support@ledgersync.com with your request.
  2. Include the following details in your email:
    • Your current firm name
    • The new firm name you would like (if requesting a firm name change)
    • The new primary owner's name and email address (if requesting an ownership change)
  3. Our support team will process the change and confirm once it has been completed.

Important Notes

  • Firm name and primary owner changes are backend operations — they cannot be done directly within the LedgerSync application at this time.
  • Please allow our support team a short processing time to make the update.
  • If you have any additional account changes needed, feel free to include them in the same email.

If you need further assistance, LedgerSync Support is available on Chat M-F 9-5 EST or email us at support@ledgersync.com.
