How to Update Your Payment Method in LedgerSync

Overview

If you need to update the credit card on file for your LedgerSync subscription, you can do it yourself on the Billing page.

How Your Card Is Kept Safe

For security reasons, LedgerSync does not show credit card details in the app. You enter the new card on a secure payment page.

Steps to Update Your Payment Method

1. Log in to LedgerSync as the account owner.
2. Click your name at the top right, then click Billing.
3. Click Update credit card. A secure page opens in a new tab.
4. Enter your new credit card details and save. The new card is used for future billing cycles.

Important Notes

• This is the safest and easiest way to update your credit card information.
• Never share your card details over email or chat.
