If you need to update the credit card on file for your LedgerSync subscription, the process is handled securely through our support team.

Why We Handle It This Way

For security reasons, LedgerSync does not expose credit card details directly within the application. Instead, our support team will send you a secure payment link so you can safely enter your new card information.

Steps to Update Your Payment Method

  1. Send an email to support@ledgersync.com requesting a payment method update.
  2. Our support team will send you a secure link to update your credit card.
  3. Click the link and enter your new credit card details.
  4. Once submitted, your payment method will be updated automatically for future billing cycles.
