LedgerSync Desktop App: Download & Install Guide (Premium Bank Connections)
Note: The steps in this guide were created using a Windows computer. If you are installing the LedgerSync Desktop App on a MacBook (macOS), the process and screen prompts may vary.
Purpose of the LedgerSync Desktop App
The LedgerSync Desktop App allows customers to connect to Premium Bank Connections more reliably by routing the connection through a trusted, static IP. This helps your bank recognize LedgerSync as a secure, consistent access point, which often means you won’t be prompted for an MFA/security code every time you connect.
If you have any questions or concerns about installing this application, please reach out to LedgerSync Support for assistance. You may also consult your internal IT department if your company has specific installation requirements.
Reminder: The username and password you use for the LedgerSync Desktop App must be the same as your LedgerSync account login. If they don’t match, the Desktop App won’t connect properly.
