Ledgersync Error- What does it mean

Sometimes you'll see on the Ledgersync Dashboard- Ledgersync Error
What does it mean?

When fetching the data the bank web site might be down or slow to load and so Ledgersync shows the error " Ledgersync Error". It’s basically not an issue with the username/pass or bank token rather a connection to the bank web site.

Sometimes it helps to re-run sometimes not. It’s not exact Yes/No answer because there are many factors. More improvements are being made to Ledgersync to accomodate the  Ledgersync Errors.
