Mercury Bank- How to connect to Ledgersync

Ledgersync highly endorses Mercury Bank as the optimal bank for small business banking and connecting to Ledgersync?
Why? 

The reason is simple, from a pure Ledgersync perspective, Mercury Bank is an API and Ledgersync has a direct connection to Mercury Bank. Never have any breakages, data flows smoothly and all data is published in an instant.  Statements , Balance and Transactions flow to Ledgersync.

How to connect Mercury Bank to Ledgersync?

Step 1
Once you have your Mercury Bank set up , connect to Mercury Bank and click on the top left your business name drop down and select "SETTINGS"


Step 2
Select  API Tokens from the side panel 




Step 3
Click on " Create An API Token" See image

Step 4 
Create a Nickname (Ledgersync App) for example and make sure to select READ ONLY. 
Ledgersync does not want Read/Write. Only Read

Step 5
You will be presented with a Secret Key. Copy  the secret key as you will paste this into Ledgersync when adding Mercury for the first time.








Step 6
Connect to Ledgersync and select "Premium Bank" and select Mercury Bank.



Paste the Secret Key that you copied from Mercury API page to the Ledgersync form.


That's it!! You have now linked  Mercury Bank to Ledgersync!
