How to invite a client to Ledgersync if the first time when adding them you did not invite them?
Say for example you added a client to Ledgersync and you decided to add the bank connection yourself. Later on that client has a new bank and you don't have access to that bank. You want the client to add the bank themselves. How do you make a request for them to add the bank?
There are two methods
Using the default text message from Ledgersync OR writing a custom text message with a link to the bank.
Method #1
Default Email and Text Message
1) Go the client actions tab
2) Select the client
3) Make sure the email and phone number is correct
4) Click on "Invite" and send an SMS or Email invitation to the client
Method #2
Send an invite with a custom text message and link to bank
If you want to send a very direct and pointed text message for the client to add a specific bank follow the instructions below.
1- Click on Client List Tab at the top
2- Select Communication Center
3-To the right you will "Text Message Templates"- Select Add New Template
4- Select Invitation Template. Give the template a title and write your text message (make sure to include Link to Bank)

5- Go the Reconnect and Add New Banks Box to the left and click on the button
6- Select the clients you want to re-invite and select the bank you want them to add (you can select > 1 bank)
7- Click next and select the template you wrote and send the text message to client
The client will receive a customized text message with a link to add the bank you have selected.
