Requesting Backdated Statements & Check Images in LedgerSync

Purpose: This guide explains how to request backdated (historical) statements and past check images for a bank connection in LedgerSync, including how far back we can pull, pricing, and what to include in your request.
How Historical Statements & Check Images Work
When you first connect an account to LedgerSync, we pull up to 90 days of available data. Need more? You can request up to two years of historical statements per account, fetched as long as they remain available through the bank’s online portal.
If you would also like us to pull in past check images, you can request these too — just reach out to LedgerSync Support with the same information (see below).
Pricing
- Statements: $50 per account.
- Check images: pricing depends on your Client Tier and how many pooled checks you can pull in before being charged to the next tier.
You can view full pricing on our pricing page: ledgersync.com/pricing.
Please note: We try to go back as far as two years. However, if the bank’s server does not save statements or check images that far back, we can only pull what is saved and available to retrieve.
How to Request
To request backdated statements or past check images, email support@ledgersync.com. Please include the following in your email:
- The client name
