Signed Up My Client But They Are Not Adding In Their Bank Connections?

Like all products get clients to work with accountant tools is not easy and is challenging. 

Here are a few tips

1- Please let the client know about Ledgersync. It's only normal that if a client receives an invitation to a product that they are unfamiliar with they'll simply delete the invitation. 

2- If there are security questions, please see the following link for more info. 

3- TURN ON THE CLIENT REMINDER.  The client reminder is found on the "Client Management" Page . Simply click on the link and the software will send out a text every 3 days reminding your client to Connect their bank. The SMS will send out texts every three days non stop until at least one bank has been connected. You can turn this on or off anytime at the client level. 

4- You can always re-invite clients manually (if you don't want to turn on the reminder) by clicking on the "invite" found to the right of the client's name and select SMS or Email.
