What does "Customer Does Not Have Associated Accounts" Error Mean? How to fix this?

Why do you see this error with a connected bank account in Ledgersync?




When a bank provides an API to MasterCard to connect they are creating behind the scene a "token" or unique ID that establishes a relationship between Mastercard and the bank. 

When a client breaks that relationship that unique ID between the bank and Mastercard is deleted and so hence you will see this error.
How does the client break the relationship? Here are few of reasons. 

1- Reset's the password
2- Goes to the web site and disconnects third party connections
3- Calls in fraud
4- Account suspension 

How to fix this error?
Simple the only way is to delete the old connection and reconnect from scratch because as far as the bank is concerned it's a new connection and the account owner has to agree all over again and determine which bank accounts to connect etc...
