
The purpose of Account Verification is to confirm a customer’s identity and the legitimacy of their business, enhance platform security, prevent fraud, and ensure the account is accessed only by the intended user or authorized company.
LedgerSync is a closed platform designed to protect and secure sensitive financial data. Account verification helps ensure that only approved, legitimate users are granted access to client and banking information.
When logging into the LedgerSync application, you may see a message stating:
“Your account is pending approval.”
This means your account must be verified by the LedgerSync Support team before full access can be granted.

Chat support is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
If our Customer Support team is assisting other users and unable to complete the verification during the chat, we will toggle over your request into a support ticket or email and follow up with you to schedule a verification call.
A member of our Customer Support team will guide you through the next steps and ensure your account verification is completed as quickly as possible.
In the body of your email or in the LedgerSync chat, please include all of the following details:
Your LedgerSync username
Your full name
Your company name
The name of the person requesting the verification call
Your time zone
Multiple date and time options when you are available to receive a call from our Customer Support team
Providing multiple availability windows helps us schedule your verification as quickly as possible.
Account verification calls may take up to two (2) business days to be scheduled.
Please provide availability across those two business days.
If your request is urgent, clearly state this in your email subject or message, and we will do our best to prioritize your request.

Account verification is completed by phone call only.
Due to the sensitive nature of the information required, verification cannot be completed via email.
Please ensure you are available during the time slots you provide, as missed calls may delay approval.
