How do I request a bank not supported by Ledgersync?
For the banks that MasterCard doesn't support, please fill out the New Bank Request form.
To locate the New Bank Request Form
1- Click on your name at the top right
2- Select from the drop down menu and select "Request New Bank Form"
3- Please fill out th form. We will need the bank access username and password as we are going to create a connector to the bank web site and pull in the bank statements and check images. All this is custom code from Ledgersync.
Requesting a Bank on Behalf of a Client (Communication Center)
You don’t always have to submit the request yourself. From the Communication Center, you can send a request to the client (or to multiple clients at once) asking them to help connect or provide access for a bank that isn’t yet supported — the same bulk-request flow used for reconnecting and adding banks. This is useful when the missing bank affects several clients: instead of filling out the form one client at a time, you can trigger the request across all affected clients in one action, and each client receives a message tailored to their bank.
To do this, open the Communication Center, choose the Reconnect and Add New Banks flow, select the affected client(s) and the bank, pick your message template, and send.
