How to Download Transactions from LedgerSync as a PDF, QBO, OFX or CSV File
In the LedgerSync application, follow the steps below to export a client’s transactions as a PDF, QBO, OFX, or CSV file.
- Navigate to the client whose transactions you’d like to export.
- Select the Transactions tab.
- Choose the account that holds the transactions you want to export.
- To export a specific period, click the filter icon on the right and enter the date range you want. (Skip this step to include all transactions.)
- Use the check boxes to select the transactions you’d like to download — select all, or pick individual transactions as needed. In this example, the list is filtered to 2023, and only the 2023 transactions are selected.
- Click the Download button and choose your file type: PDF, QBO, OFX, or CSV.
- The file will download and save automatically to your computer’s Downloads folder, where you can open it.
