Deleting a client in LedgerSync is a permanent action and cannot be undone. Before proceeding, ensure that you have saved any necessary data. Follow the steps below to delete a client from your account.
Log into the LedgerSync Application
Use your credentials to sign in to your LedgerSync account.
Backup Important Data
Save any required data for the client you are about to delete before proceeding.
Access Client Actions
Click on Client Action in the top bar.
Open Client List
Select Client List to view all clients in your account.
Locate the Client
Use the search bar or scroll through the list to find the client you wish to delete.
Delete the Client
Click the red 'X' on the right-hand side of the client’s name (next to the Synchronize option).
Confirm Deletion
A confirmation prompt will appear. Confirm the deletion to permanently remove the client.
This action is irreversible—once deleted, all client data will be permanently removed.
Ensure you have backed up all necessary records before proceeding.
