How to Download Transactions from LedgerSync as a QBO, OFX or CSV File
In the LedgerSync application, please follow the
steps below to convert transactions into a QBO, OFX or CSV file1. Navigate to the client whose transactions
you’d like to export
2. Select the Transactions tab
3. Choose the account containing the
transactions you want
4. Click the filter icon on the right and
enter the desired date range if you would like to download transactions from a certain date range.
5. Check the box to select all transactions you’d
like to download (or select individual transactions as needed). In this example I have filtered by 2023 examples and ensured only 2023 transactions are selected.
6. Click the Download button and choose the file type you wish to download in (QBO, OFX or CSV)
7. The file type selected will download ans save on your computer to your downloads folder
This will generate file that you can import into
your preferred accounting software
