LedgerSync API Pricing

LedgerSync API Pricing

Overview

The LedgerSync API is billed per active client, per 30-day billing cycle — the same volume-based pricing structure as the LedgerSync app. When you use the API, billing switches to the API plan. If you're already a LedgerSync customer, there is no double-billing — one subscription covers both.

Pricing Tiers

Client TierPrice per Client / 30-Day CycleIncluded Pooled Checks
1–20 clients$19.80300
21–100 clients$16.351,190
101–200 clients$14.351,980
201–300 clients$13.352,700
301–400 clients$12.653,420
401–500 clients$11.904,050
501–700 clients$10.904,950
701+ clients$10.406,300

Volume tiers kick in automatically as your client count grows. The more clients you onboard, the lower your per-client cost.

What's Included

All plans include:

  • Automated bank statement fetching
  • Initial fetch of the most recent 90 days of available bank data
  • Ongoing daily transaction syncing
  • Unlimited bank, credit card, and loan connections per client
  • QuickBooks Online & QuickBooks Desktop sync
  • Check image fetching (pooled allowance per 30-day cycle)
  • OCR bank statement conversion
  • Rules Engine automation
  • AI-assisted workflow insights
  • CSV and audit-ready exports
  • Access to the LedgerSync REST API

Check Image Overage

Each plan includes a pooled check image allowance per 30-day billing cycle. Check images are pooled across all clients — not per-client. Allowances reset every cycle and do not roll over.

If you exceed your included allowance: $2.00 per additional check image.

Example: If you are on the 21–100 client tier (1,190 included checks) and fetch 1,500 check images in a cycle, you are charged for 310 overage images: 310 × $2.00 = $620.00.

Historical Statements Add-On

Standard connections pull up to 90 days of available data. If you need more history, you can request up to two years of historical statements per account.

Price: $50.00 per account (one-time charge)

Statements are fetched as long as they are available through the bank's online portal. LedgerSync cannot fetch statements the bank does not expose online. Please verify availability before requesting — charges are non-refundable for statements the bank does not make available.

Free Trial

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. A credit card is required to activate Live API access. You will not be charged until the trial ends.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a minimum number of clients?
No. Start with as few as one client. No minimum commitment.

Do I pay per bank connection?
No. Unlimited bank connections per client are included at no additional charge.

What counts as an active client?
One entity that you actively fetch and sync data for during a 30-day billing cycle. Archived or dormant clients do not count.

What if my client count changes month to month?
Billing adjusts automatically each cycle based on your active client count. Your per-client rate adjusts to reflect whatever tier you fall into that cycle.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contract, no termination fee. Billing stops at the end of the current 30-day cycle.

What's the refund policy?
If your first paid 30-day cycle doesn't work out, contact support within the first 14 days for a full refund.
