Sending Bank URL directly from YOUR Email

It's understandable that some clients will not want to add a bank connection unless the request comes directly from the accountant/bookkeeper. In order to address this, Ledgersync now allows you two methods of copying the Ledgersync bank URL and sending this link "directly from your email". Once the link is generated the client from their email can click on the link and they are directed to the bank page to add in the bank login credentials or two factor token code.

Also we added a new feature- when adding a client you have the option to copy the email text that will be sent via Ledgersync to your clipboard and paste the email text to your company email. In other words the email is not being sent via Ledgersync with a @ledgersync.com domain but rather your are copying the email and sending directly from your email.  When you copy an email, Ledgersync saves the client in Ledgersync and copies the  email invite text to your clipboard.

 

Fixing A Broken Bank Connection. 

In addition, for any bank (broken bank) go the summary page and there is a box to generate bank link. You can click on this link and it will generate a bank link that you can copy to your email and send to your clients.  The link from the Bank Fix URL is good for 5 days!
