Communication Center - How to invite clients to add banks or reconnect banks
Purpose: How to invite a client to securely connect their
own bank account through the LedgerSync application
Follow the steps below:
Log
into the LedgerSync application.
Navigate
to
Client Actions → Communication Center → Reconnect and Add Banks.

Search
for and select the client you want to invite to add a bank
connection.
Click Next, then choose the type of bank connection you want the
client to use.
Currently
available options:
Premium
Bank Connections are not yet available in this flow, but we are actively
working on adding support.
In
the search box, type the name of the bank you want the
client to connect.
Click Next, then select a template message or create a custom
message for your client.
Click Send Invitation to notify the client.
What Happens Next?
Once the invitation is sent, the client will receive
step-by-step instructions to securely connect their bank account directly
within LedgerSync.
